I've been feeling really down for the past few months, I've not been able to concentrate on the things I should be concentrating on. My friends always ask me what's wrong and I never have an answer for them because I really don't know. They say I should talk to someone, but I don't know who. I don't want to talk to my parents because they never believe me anyway. What should I do...What's wrong with me?

Not sure, do they still have school counselors? I had great counselors when I was in school and I was able to talk to them. How about a minister, Father or whatever your religion calls them? Another recourse is to talk to one of your friends Mom's. I think she would listen to you. Maybe you should tell your Mom you need an appointment with your doctor for a private problem and don't tell her anymore. You are intitled to your privacy. I hope this helps.

well i dont know how old u r but if your going through puberty that could be the problem. i got anexiety attacks in the beginning of puberty and i was always depressed. its most like your hormones or your enviorment meaning something is goin on at school or something but i think its just hormones that signal this cause i was depressed to and i though of things way to much and it lead to anexiety attacks but im gettin better and im sure u will to.
