He's VERY VERY shy and one day when I came in he smiled at me, but after that he always really AVOIDS my gaze, he just looks at the floor.. He dosen't know I like him.. well I haven't told him.

I bet he likes you. Shy guys don't know how to act around girls they like, and they will often just avoid eye contact.

just talk to him
then he have to look at you
and then conversate and see if he likes you
because it sounds like he is
