Anything with the words "cleanse" or "hydro" usually mean the 'diet' is cleaning you out too quickly to do any good. Naturally "hydro" would mean you'll lose a bunch of water weight, which is great if you need to look 10 pounds lighter (and dryer) for your Mrs. America competition the following day, but you'll get it all back soon. Otherwise you'll die of dehydration.
Nothing can make you lose fatty pounds in a single day except surgery, and that's a whole other topic.
