I want my hair like this so badly please tell me how to do it with a curling iron!!!

You might want to get some hot rollers (the velvet-like kind). Wash & dry your hair. Get a section of hair, spray hair spray on that section good, then roll it with a hot roller. Do this all over your head with each roller & leave them on 20 minutes or a little more. Carefully take them down and carefully brush out your hair with a plastic bristled brush.
The extra hold hair spray probably works better than the flexible hold kind. If your hair is fine and limp, you might want to consider a body wave. Ask a stylist.

Or get shampoo that has curling stuff in it. If you want a sample of it go to walmartsamples.com and you can get one.
Put curlers in your hair for a long long time.
