I would say the noodles.

Umm... none of those is a healthy choice.
Ramen = high in sodium
Pizza = high in saturated fat
Hot dog = high in fake animal parts
Garlic fries = high in saturated fat

If I had to choose, I'd take the pizza, and pick the pepperoni off.

One example of a good hot dog or frank is "Beefmaster", considered a gourmet hot dog. More real meat from parts of
the cow or hog, as opposed to cheaper hot dogs made from
various parts of the livestock, usually parts unknown.

How much weight you gain depends on a large number of
factors, you should know that.

Depends on what kind of hot dog beef/pork. Instant noodles have tons of sodium. I would say hot dog with whole wheat bread/bun.

I would defently say the noodles. The pizza and fries are greasy. So I would say the noodles.

I would have to say the Pizza. At least it has tomoato and cheese. It may not be a health food, but atleast it covers more nutrients and is more balanced then any of the other choices. (fruit/veg, dairy, protien and carbs)

I would say a hot dog(no extras well maybe a little tomato sauce) unless your talking ,thin base pizza with not much topping
