There are many products marketed for people looking to fool a drug test. However, I have had personal experience that says those are crap.
If you are talking about marijuana useage, I would advise drinking a TON on water for as long as you can before the test.
My personal method is to drink constantly for at least a few hours before the test. Make sure that you are drinking large glasses and that you are urinating clear water before you pee in the cup. Also, the most concentrated urine is the first and last bit, so pee into the toilet for a sec before you pee into the cup.
This is by no means fool proof. The idea here is to dilute the marijuana in your urine stream so that it doesn't register on the test. If you have a lot in your system, you might show up positive anyway.
You can go to your local head shop and get a bag that has a tube and attaches to your thigh. Fill it with clean urine, strap it on (to keep it body temp) and pretend to fill the cup with it.
I have no method if the test is a blood test, but those only show the last 72 hours. Hair testing is the worst, if its a hair test you are pretty much screwed.
You can also go to the head shop and buy a test, dilute like you were going for the real one and see how it works, if you have the time and money.

If the person testing you is competent, you can't beat it. Drinking lots of water will indeed dilute the urine. The person doing the test will know that. it changes what is called specific gravity. They won't count it as a good test. They might make you sit there and keep retesting until the urine is not diluted. Then you test positive. Using someone elses urine usually doesn't work either.Someone will be with you when you pee. Or else they make you strip first. But hey if you're going to fail anyway, why not? What are they going to do, not hire you?

Depends what you need it for.
There is love and blessing from God and loveones where they are there but no detection from any drug screen on earth.
