Tell him he had better be careful. If someone overhears him say that and doesn't know he is kidding he could end up in jail. The cops don't know he is only joking.

Tell your parents and tell a teacher or a councelor at school. If the situation is really dangerous you will be glad you did. If the situation isnot dangerous (but still bugging you) then he will get in trouble for it, and you will get a kick out of it!
