Your body needs water, are body is made up of mostly water if you don't want to gain weight then you have to watch ur calories, you have to not eat late at night obviously you have to exercise, you can eat 10 small portion of food a day, they say that a fistful of food is what you should consume that should be enough food for the day, also by not eating anything all day when you do it your going to eat more because your hungry. The only way you can lose a 1lb of fat is you have to burn 3500 calories

You need to eat the amount of food which calories are equivalent to the energy your body needs. If you consume too much, your body will save the extra for when you don't eat ANYTHING. It most definately is not a good idea to not drink water. Water has no calories but is absolutely necessary for life.

If you do not drink water (which is stupid since water will not make you fat) you will be dead in a week. Fasting is where you still drink water. See site below with quotes from 17 MDs. If you cahnge your diet, you will not gain it back. If you eat the same, then you will go back to your previous weght.

Research the catabolic diet. It will help you stay thin. Also, eat very lean meat as a protein source. You won't gain weight on a catabolic and very lean meat diet. You might even starve to death on one, so eat some fat occasionally to keep your body in shape. You need fat to help certain vitamins do their thing in your body.

Eat small amounts. Eat a small amount every 3 hours. Do weightlifting, aerobics, and stretching. Your body needs food and water. Not eating will NOT make you loose weight, makes you more heavy.

by starving your body you are actually going to slow your metabolism because it goes into fat storage mode..............the best way to diet is 6 small meals a day (actually most are a small snack) and you body will keep a more level metabolism throughout the day in turn better energy levels and better ability to obtain a healthy weight, add exercise and you will help the whole process work even better.
