So the hero is in front of the king and asks to marry the princess, the king says "I wrote on two pieces of paper and you have to pick one. One piece of paper says "marry my daughter", the other says "death". Now the hero must pick one and, ofcourse, the king wrote "death" on BOTH pieces of paper.
The hero doesn't want to be killed...so he takes one piece of paper... and gets to marry the princess..
Riddle: If both pieces of paper said "death", how did the hero pick a piece of paper and STILL get to marry the princess??
