Talk to your doctor because cravings are sometimes caused by medical conditions. The key is eating healthy. Vist the website below. It is awesome! Sugar, fats, and chemicals found in diet sodas causes cravings. If you have a craving try drinking lots of water and brushing your teeth. Don't give in to the cravings and say, "I'm only going to eat a small portion", because often when I do this I can't stop eating the food. Cravings can also be stress or sleep related. So get lots of sleep! If you get a craving try eating baby carrots, celery, or something else healthy instead of the fatty food. Try to get your mind of food! Most cravings pass in ten minutes- go for a walk or a bike ride, call a friend, or make something with your hands. Good luck!

Well I am going to be blunt. Stop it grab hold of yourself and say no more, you can go on any diet you want but if you have no will power then what good is it to even try and diet. Will power comes from within you no one else can give it to you. Now what kind of diet? First of all get rid of all processed food that you have, never drink a soda or a beer more than once a week and cut dairy out by 80% and never eat out unless you plan to only eat a salad with nothing on it. Yea that sound hard but gaining so much weight that you are miserable is worse and not to mention the health problems it will cause. Now what to eat? Whole wheat or natural grain breads, cereals, oats and not more than 6oz of red meat per day + 6oz of poultry or fish baked per day. Frozen only veggies eat at least three 1/2 cup servings of each per day and either a regular lettuce salad or spinach salad with diet dressing only or plain. Apples, oranges, bananas and what ever else is available are all in-between meal snacks so keep a healthy supply around at all times. Diet ice-cream for a snack but by it in a small container not by the ½ gal. Walk for 20 mins per day for the first week and increase by 5 mins every week till you reach a forty min walk, then back off to 3 days per week walking. On the days you are not walking do basic exercises and stretches for at least 20 mins. Do all this till you have reach goal and then you can cut each day in half as far as the exercise time. Only you can empower your self and if you need help ask God for the will to lose weight or join Weight Watchers. Good Luck…

Have you ever tried to eat fresh baby carrots with ranch dressing or cucumber slices with italian dressing? You may even try pickles with colby jack cheese, grapes, cubed slices of apples, and hard salami slices and ritz or town house crackers. Those are great healthy lil snack foods. When I have the urge to splurge on foods that are sweet and chocolaty, I get cookie or a few hershies kisses. The hershies are good lil pick me ups but not to over indulge. Self disappline comes from with in. Think positive about yourself no matter what circumstances you are going through. Drink plenty of water and try to have three meals a day. If you have a meal make sure it is not to late in the evening for when you go to sleep it will still be with you in the morning.

Eat every 3 hours a small meal. Such as a bananna. then 3 hours later, an apple.

Eat an apple for breakfast. Keeps the urges down for the morning.

When eating chocolate, eat a small amount and then wait about 15 minutes. Your body is slow to respond to chocolate so you eat a lot trying to get the positive feeling from chocolate. Then you eat too much, get the response; later, but then it is too much chocolate so you feel awful.

Well I think this is because probably your eating dead foods (Junk Foods!) If you are, you should try replacing these foods with alive foods (fruit, veggies, etc!) becuase these will be more filling. If this isn't your problem maybe you are a growing teenager (if you are a teenager) but if you are you still should be eating alive foods. If none of my suggestions relate to you and you are eating healthy and are just having problems I would suggest going to a doctor and maybe they will give you something to take for it! Good Luck!

One thing that I've heard form a lot of different people is to brush your teeth every time you get a craving for something. If you've ever eaten right after brushing, you know how gross it is. And, you've got the bonus of having very white teeth!
