Neither one of these guys sound promising relationship-wise. Try being on your own for a little bit. You might meet someone who you could have a good relationship with. I would definitely forget joe. First of all, he likes someone else. Second of all, it is your best friend. You don't want to risk a friendship on someone who might not even be into you.

Well i would ask Joe because you like Joe and even though he likes your best friend ask him out and if he says no...ask out bob but its your choice!!
