If you have all the signs like blood rush, goosebump, heart skip a beat etc when you suddenly remember the person, does it mean that you're falling for the person or it's actually lust?

For me. those are more lust than love.
But lust could be the first step of love.
When it comes to love, you know it is love,
your heart becomes soft when you think about him.
you start to really worry about him if you lose contact with him only for one day.
you love being with him, sometimes not only feel attractive, but sweet, and warm.
you enjoy looking at him, when you walk besides him, when he drives, feeling you are really happy, could be just like that for a whole life.

They are very closely intermingled! I would say that love would also have the dimensions of deep caring and you want to be with the person through thick and thin. For example - let's say your new love/lust gets the flu and is puking all over and can barely move from the couch to the bed. If you stick around and help empty the bowls and get her chicken soup and clean up and are attentive to her during this time where she can't be attentive at all to you - that's a good sign for love.
If you want to run away at the first sign of her humanness raises itself - then you're just looking to bust a nut. That's cool too if that's what she wants. Just different.

Lust is the separation of the sexual component of lovemaking faraway from the affection in lovemaking. The extra love and lust wander faraway from one yet another the further lust will grow to be a perversion. Chaste lovemaking comes from a deep innocuous information of one significant different for the different and is extra giving than egocentric. Lust is extra connected to the ego and is egocentric. Spiritually talking an over interest on lust can damage or block the Mooladhara Chakra on the bottom of the backbone. Spoiling the innocence and expertise which emanate from there. (tantric sex does no longer take you in the route of God or reason the kundalini to ascend, fairly the different)

It all begins with lust. So depending on how long you know the person, you can find out. I remember meeting this girl that did that to me, but I was just really attracted to her look and how she talked to me. After like a month, it just wasn't there anymore. So I dont think it's love.

Sorry buy you are describing all the physical signs of attraction or lust.

I think people today have cheapened love which is ashame heres the best description of true love ever written.

1st Corinthians 13: Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Love never fails....And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love

All Im saying is a person doesnt knowor can prove they are in love until they have spent a good many years with them.

You know I'm in the same position. But the guy I thought and was pretty sure i was in love with just broke my heart and threw my love back in my face. I don't know really being as he was my first but let me say this, Go with how you feel and trust your instincts. Sometimes love is a ***** and you get it thrown back in your face but then you will eventually find the one out there for you and you'll know it.

I've been told to date someone else and then I'll figure out if I really loved him or not. What you do is up to you and what you feel may not be what the other person is feeling.

What you have is lust. If you can feel the same after 10 years, then it's love. Or, to quote Rob Reiner, "Love is lust, and lust fades... and when it does, you'd better hope your with someone who can stand you."
