Most pharmacies and major supermarkets carry it, however, you have to use caution when purchasing Hoodia. Many companies use a diluted form of it and also use a lot of "fillers" that not only don't help control appetite, but can cause unwanted side effects. I just did a lot of research on Hoodia to ensure I didn't purchase a watered-down product and went with Hoodoba brand hoodia. It's more costly but I can tell you from experience it WORKS WORKS WORKS! My mother bought some hoodia from Walmart and said her appetite has decreased "a little". The reason Hoodoba brand is supposed to be one of the best is because they guarantee that they are using genuine AFRICAN Hoodia from the stem of a mature plant (aged 7 years or more). Hoodia grows in various regions throughout the world and many manufacturers are using either the wrong kind of hoodia, an unmatured hoodia plant or not using from the stem and then aren't lying when they say "100% real hoodia".

I have bought a brush for the main at the dollar store. My riding instructor bought a window scrapper type thing and uses it as a sweat scraper! It works great lol. Just some advice the pony tails for braiding, they don't look very nice or classy, we used to have someone do it at our barn. Our coach did tell her that you can't show with them in if they are noticable you can be eliminated from dressage, just a heads up! lol.
