maybe u r afraid that he will reject, maybe u like someone else, maybe u want him to ask, maybe u dont want to be embarrsed, or maybe its not the right time to ask him yet u should get to know him a little more!!!!

Well have you figured out he might have a girlfriend or he just likes you as a friend? Maybe he's not interested in having a girlfriend right now. Why don't you try talking to him and find out if he's interested in anyone right now or ask him out to a movie or to the mall.
