How old do you have to be to start getting muscles when you work out at the gym? What is the age where you start getting them? Somebody told me that you can't get them untill you are older but when is older? Lately I haven't been losing weight even though I'm on a diet. Is it because I'm doing exercises at the gym that build muscle?

My son started weightlifting at age 5. By 7 he had definition. He is now 15 with 15" split biceps and the hour-glass figure many so desire. With 1% bodyfat. You get muscles when you lift weights at ANY age. 5 - or 105. There is no age limit.

Forget the scale. Muscles weigh more than fat.
