Everything MUST come from something, but God did not come from anything, therefore I conclude that he does not exist!

I have used the Christians argument against Evolution to prove that God does not exist! Do you refute?

I don't refute and I completely agree with you. I don't think this is proof against God's overall existence, though, but that it is proof that Christians should not use an argument such as "something cannot come from nothing".

They are going to tell you that God is infinite, timeless, and was always there. It's annoying.

Tsk tsk tsk! Your proof is a gross misrepresentation of what Christians believe. Christians do not believe that everything must come from something. Rather we believe that everything that has a BEGINNING must have a cause. God is eternal, thus He has no beginning and does not need a cause. I do not have to refute your argument at all, simply because you already misconstrued the argument in the first place! NEXT!!!!!

That's actually a philosophical argument called the problem of infinite regression. If something can only be created by something else of more intelligence, i.e., man creates a tool, god creates man, then what created god? something of even higher intelligence? Then what created that higher intelligence?

The only way out of such an infinite regressive spiral is to postulate that at some point the evolution of something simple to complex must have occurred.

Everything must come from something when it is bound by time. God is eternal therefore since He has always existed and has no begining or end, how then can can you say that He came from something if time didn't exist before God did?

God created time.....

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning.
Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made." John 1:1-3 (NIV)

...i hope you never wasted too much of your time thinking that question up...God existed before everything. He created everything...

says who?
The Bible.(God's truth) Try reading it sometime. It would do you a world of good.

If you have two seperated liquids in separate glasses you will notice that they will not mix together under any circumstances. But if you combine the two, they mix. But here's the real question. YOU have to take both and put them together yourself. YOU create the motion. Now take the creation of the earth. There was a "Bang", a mixture brought together. But how did this happen? Nothing really moves in space, unless something sets it in motion, yes? So how is it that the two formulas that created this earth clashed together? They surely couldn't have just bumped into each other.

I'll turn it around on you.. The elements are said to be eternal popping into existence from nothing.. That's ok with you but an ever present intelligence you can't fathom... You think that sounds reasonable? Jim

The greatest sin is turning your back on God, and the whole point of our being here on earth is to be tested to see if we'll keep our faith. Life without faith, geez, must be dark and lonely.....instead of trying to disprove his existence wouldn't you like to think about where you may be for eternity. I'm not trying to be disrespectful to you but if your going to look at anything, wouldn't you want to consider both sides?

You believe in the big bang and evolution, right? Then where did all the dust and elements that formed the big bang come from? And secondly, don't be so sure there isn't a God, because I myself have felt the power and presense of God, he has also talked to me, there is just so much evidence God exists.

History tells us that Jesus lived. All you really have to believe is that he rose from the grave, so you could have eternal life, like ME!

ALSO, sir. If you believe in the "Big BANG?" Have you ever taken a firecracker, and blown it up?

OUR Galaxy, The Milky Way, is SAUCER shaped. This means this. IF it just came out of a BANG, HOW COME it's all LINEAL? You CANNOT get a LINEAR explossion! It doesn't happen.

Also, Einstein. One day he was giving a seminar. At the end of the seminar, he asked if anyone had any questions. One man raised his hand and asked,"Do you believe in God?" He asked the crowd at the seminar,"How much of the universe do you think we have knowledge of?" Someone shouted, "2%!" He replied calmly back,"Ok, say we have 2% of all the knowledge of everything in the universe, in what percent of the other 98% is God in?"

Hitler knew who God was. If you saw the movie, "Indiana Jones," it had historical significance. Hitler thought that if HE could attain the Ark of the Covenant, HE would have control of ALL the EARTH, and EVERYTHING BEYOND. But, God wouldn't have it that such an evil man as Hitler would get it!

Think of God, like something like this. An ex-girlfriend saw a little 5 yr old girl, who was about to eat, without washing her hands. My girlfriend told the girl,"You need to wash your hands before you eat." The girl screamed back to my girlfriend,"Germs, Santa, and Jesus!! I'm sick of hearing about them! You can't see any of them and They never existed!"
What was wrong with the little girl's retort? NO ONE could see germs before about 200 years ago. NOW we can EASILY see them with microscopes. And SANTA? All you have to do is read in the encylopedia. Santa was a Bishop who gave gifts to underpriveledged children during Christmas, with a sleigh drawn by reigndeer! MAYBE not Rudolph! But, still reigndeer.
And GOD? All you have to do to FEEL God, and GET to SEE Him, is read His Word, and pray to Him.

Jesus Loves you man!
