its mostly the cord thats the problem, i bought a usb cord ( a retractable one) , and when i plug it into the usb port it say " there has been a surge in the cord" i have no idea what that means. after that message pops up it lets me choose wheather i want to close the message or reset the port when i reset the port nothing happens, but the same message pops up. please help if you can.

A surge means a 'sudden forceful flow', so I'd try a new cord. Good luck!

just close the message. it's nothing. as long as you are succeding in buying your music from internet and getting it to play on your MP3 player, you're fine.

ok, what colour is it? kiddin"! :) have you ever had it out i a cold position for a lengthy amunt of time? because mine hs accomplished that in the previous. i does no longer rcomend also washing it contained in the bathing gadget. because I particularly have accomplished that in the previous.
