I want to ask her out but I am worried if people will make fun of me/her for it causing her to make break up just because of it. I have been told not to worry of what they think but it is hard. What should I do?

I am in high school but I have had embarrassing stories in the past about me that really made me a shy person and I'm not that all great friends with her friends so idk. I just always assume people are like that.

Well, if you are so afraid of what others think then let them ask her out. At the rate that you're going you will be lonesome for the most part of your life. Get on out there and ask her to go out with you. Stop being such a wallflower. Aw, you're not shy are you? Well, get over it! Life will pass you by if you don't take chances.

you should ask yourself if the girl that you like really wants a guy who is a coward that worries about what other people think of him, instead of having the courage to live life to the fullest and be happy with her

Listen to your heart in situations like this. I know, sometimes its a battle between your head and heart but I've come to realize your heart usually wins. You need to get it off your chest before it stays on your shoulders like a burden, growing everyday. Be BOLD! Who cares what others think? Its not their life. Its yours. So live it up.
