"Dankjewel' !! It's the most informal -
I've seen it in Holland (De Efteling Park) written aside a waste basket with the invite to kids to throw therein the paper.
It was reading :' Papier hier !! Dankjewel !!'
This is just a further suggestion but I've heard also saying
"Hartelijk bedankt" and "Dank u zeer" while I guess shorter forms like 'dankje' or 'bedankt' are not exactly translating the reinforcing given by 'so much' .

RE:
how do you say "thank you so much" in Dutch?

You can say it in many ways, but the nicest, more formal way is "hartelijk bedankt", which would be a translation of 'heartily thankful'. Other more informal ways are 'dankjewel', 'dankje', 'bedankt'.
