actually some homeschoolers do have "homework" in the traditional sense because there are many many ways to homeschool and all are valid.
Now, if you don't want your parents correcting your homework, no matter what type of schooling you receive, then simply say,
"how am I supposed to learn if I don't figure this out myself"
My daughter is in a particular program where she sends her work in to be graded by someone else. If it is a subject she struggles with, I just say, do you want me to look at that with you.
But every time, she says no, I'll take what I get.
Some of her assignments require me to edit her work, but not much.
You know, I think it's great that your parents care so much about you, but I also think it's great you have the maturity level to "take what you get."
They've done a great job raising you.

I think you are assuming that parents who homeschool grade their child's homework. This is not always the case. Most parents want their child to succeed, so they make sure that they know how to do well in school. Most parents have to submit their child's homework into a school of some kind, so the school knows that the child is doing the schoolwork. The parents want their child, in most instances, to go on to a higher education of some kind, so while they might correct examples, they do not correct the child's actual homework, unless the school asks the parent to go over the missed questions with their child.

Are you in high school? In high school it'll stop, you get so much homework that they won't have time to go through it and they probably won't remember having learned it.

Well in the REAL WORLD the professor at college would simply say

This is NOT ACCEPTABLE

Then its up to you to figure out why. They may give you some guidelines, but that's it.

CORRECTING means CIRCLING the wrong things.

Would you rather they say

FAIL, go back and do it again!

NO HINTS!

You'll come to a point whereby your parents just simply can't help you with your work.

Why? They don't know the stuff!
