Isn't photosynthesis just an evolutionist heresy?

According to Genesis 1:11-19, God created plants on the third day, and created the Sun and stars on the fourth day. However, evolutionists claim that plants can't exist without the Sun, because the Sun fuels the photosynthetic reactions that give plants energy. (Yet we never hear about all the evidence against photosynthesis, like the fact that if plants evolved from fish, why are there still fish!)

Evolutionists claim that the Sun fuels the reactions of plant life, then plants are eaten by animals, and animals are eaten by other animals--"nature, red in tooth and claw". But isn't it really God, not the Sun, that sustains all life? We worship God, not the Sun! And it is through His light and glory, not the Sun's, that we exist.

Creation science has been silent on this topic for too long. We need to speak out against this Sun-worshiping pagan pseudoscience! The theory of photosynthesis is a lie, yet it's being fed to our children as though it were a fact!

Photosynthesis is NOT a fact. It is a THEORY. Tell me, have you ever SEEN a plant synthesizing glucose from sunlight? No? Then you're just dogmatically accepting what the evolutionists tell you! You might be able to see glucose in a microscope, but you can't see photons being converted to glucose! How do you know it's sunlight, rather than the LORD, that's fueling plants?

It's evolutionist propaganda claiming that all these theories are facts that's responsible for the terrible state of modern education! If we taught God's word, rather than fallible human "science", people would be well-educated enough to know the difference between theories and facts!

The Sun, the plants the soil and everything else are natural's gift to mankind. Try to understand that, will you?

Okay then. Some people still worship the sun. Most of them have skin cancer now, but they worship the sun anyways. Ancient Egyptians worshiped the sun. So did some pagan communities. So, in reality, not everyone worships God. How do you know that the theory of photosynthesis is a lie? Have you seen God fuel the plants either? Most of what you are taught in school is a theory. Does that mean no one should go to school because they are teaching lies?
By the way, plants never evolved from fish. I'm not quite sure where you got that information, but don't believe it as fact.

Most modern monotheistic religions (those with the one god opinion) worship the Judaeo-cristian God, who is often called Yahweh. I think you will find there is evidence that identifies Yahweh with the sun (like the solar alignment of Solomon's temple), or at least, the sun was considered to be symbolic of the presence of Yahweh.
So, worship God = worship the Sun

If you want to speak against sun-worshiping pseudoscience, then it is your own religion you are desputing.

Now, photosynthesis (ahem..photosystem II)- photons are not converted to glucose for pities sake, the photon is absorbed, which results in the passage of electron(s), which allow hydrogen to be pumped into ....awww forget it.
Point is, glucose synthisis is linked, but comes as part of a chemical reaction far downstream of the photon being received.

Photosynthesis is fact, it is something that has been repeatedly verified by experimentation, and OBSERVED just not by eye, by instruments. Even more absurdly, it could be verified again by someone like you... if you tried to discover how it works.

Oh, And all plants can cetainly live a day without light, just think how they survive every night right, plus all those dark ugly days when it is cloudy and stormy. The can respire, so they survive.

If you're actually denying the biological fact that is photosynthesis, then you're extremely ignorant and in need of some lessons. It's hard to tell with some of the questions I read here.

But I do like how you made the connection that photosynthesis and Christianity are incompatible.

ok, i have a challenge for you...

you plant a garden in a place that has perfect soil and irrigation. perfect weather and all. with one condition.
you must block it from all sunlight.

i will plant a garden in my back yard, in the middle of a polluted city..but with good sunlight all day long...

which garden do you think will do better.

better yet take a house plant that is healthy, place it in your closet for 3 days and then take it out..it will be noticibly weaker and possibly wilted, even if it has correct water and plant food.

plants need sunlight that is a fact. as do people.
