This is a Japanese sentence and the meaning is " I love you "
The subject is not specified, the whole sentence should be
ç§ã¯ããªããæãã¦ãã¾ã
However Japanese people usually don't put the subject if you can find it out by yourself :)
Sorry for my english, I'm from Italy ^_^

In Romaji, this would read as "aishite imasu", pronounced "eye-shee-teh ee-mah-su". Freely translated it would just mean "I love you", but it can be used to describe loving something else, as in "watashi wa sono otokonoko wo aishite imasu" which means I love that boy. Note that aishiteiru isn't very commonly used; the Japanese more frequently use "daisuki desu" which literally translates to "(I) like (you) a lot" but tends to just mean "I love you".
