If there was a great guy, yet he had a kid, lived with his parents at the moment, but had no car, would you date him? Do you think the guy would not want to because he would want to date somebody and pick THEM up and be all manly?

Sure he may be a little embarassed with his situation, but if he knows that you like him regardless then that will make him feel better about it. Also, just because he isn't in the best spot doesn't make him a bad person. As poster number 1 said, men aren't their possessions.

Yeah of course I'd date him. And about the car, so. I mean, depending on how far he lives I'd even walk to his house and walk all over town. Why not? It's romantic I think. I'd love that, and if not, so drive to his house. And then take the bus etc. Because sometimes guys get upset because they don't have a car and the girl does. Then opt for other things. It's about love and/or possible love. I think it'd be romantic and classic and old fashioned as well. But that's the way I like things. lol.

Girl please about that second question. LOL. If he's a great guy as far as to say he respectable, kind, trustworthy, trying to better himself, and understanding. I would date him. As long as he doesn't have no baby mama drama. If you are dating him and you starting to see some progress. That's good! On the other hand, if he continue to stay with his parents and no car don't even waste your time. The second question some men may feel that way and some may not.

Some guys are like that, want to be the one to pick up/have thier own cars, etc. But, if you like him and he likes you, I guess it shouldn't matter if he has a car, or kid.
