Any time I have a pimple, at night before I go to bed I put a huge thick glop of regular good old NOXZEMA (in the blue jar) skin cream on the pimple and it dries it right up. Just fully thickly coat the pimple and see it go away fast.
Good luck.

Also the most magic healing cream for other stuff (like those winter time rough hands or those painful 'hangnails') is ZINC OXIDE cream in a tube. You find it by the Triple Antibiotic cream, etc. It is really cheap but it really works to heal fast!

Hi Amanda,

Ohh, how frustrating!

Try drinking a lot of water to maybe detox (try for at least 8 glasses a day) and flush anything that your body isn't agreeing to out of your system.

There is this mask that you can purchase at your local drug store called Queen Helene's Mint Julep Masque. It's been around for quite some time, and I really like it. I've used all different types of skin care, from drugstore brands to high end department brands, and this mask is really, for me, the Holy Grail for blemishes. It's green and pretty thick (and smells minty), and you can use it as a mask or as an overnight spot treatment.

I use it mostly as an overnight spot treatment. I take a dot on it and apply it directly to the blemish, and then just let it dry overnight. I tend to move around quite a bit when I'm sleeping, so sometimes I'll apply it after I shower so that I know it dries before I go to bed. In the morning, the blemish is noticeably smaller, and I usually continue it for another night or so if needed. This mask has been around for quite some time and it's received rave reviews on makeupalley.com. It's inexpensive and it works, and so I'd definitely give that mask a shot!
Good luck :).

for one pimple, use a non gel toothpaste, put it on the night before, should be gone by morning..
for the long run..
raw unpasturized apple cider vinegar..
the following 2 testimonials can be seen at http://www.earthclinic.com/cures/acne.ht...
Angelina O, has found that applying ACV topically to her face several times a day (4 or more times) has cured her of a "very bad complexion". She reports that she applies it straight and that while it burns her skin a bit, it still works like a miracle!

you can get it at the health food store, or in some super marktet health food sections. i use bragg vinegar..
good luck
Cheryl writes, "My daughter developed a case of moderate acne, and after trying a number of different things for over a year which helped very little or not at all, she started drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar three times a day and applying it topically once at night. She has been acne free for two months. It took about three weeks to clear up."

You should wash your face twice a day with Dial Antibacterial Soap (yellow bar). Pimples hate the antibacterial stuff in that soap. It works great.
