Why would someone have evidence of a prior surgical procedure internally that they don't remember having?

The Dr. said he had never seen anything like it...

I already asked my parents and they said no surgical procedures were performed except tonsilectomy. Even the Dr. is baffled.

You could have been really little when you had it done and your parents didn't tell you. Before a certain age you cannot remember anything. If it were before that, how could you know what happened?
