First of all you don't seem over weight, but if you do want to lose weight don't try starving yourself. It actually slows your meatbolism down, causing less weight loss, and it will be harder to keep from gaining the weight back. Eat low calorie foods like rice cakes, baby carrots, and lean meats. Fiber and water have no calories but they both aid weight loss. To lose weight fast you should also exercise at least 4 times a week for 30-45 minutes each time. A pound of fat has 3500 calories in it so you have to eat that much less to lose a pound. It is healthy to lose about a pound a week. If you eat less than 12 calories for every pound you weigh (1260 calories) a day, it is unhealthy and the weight will not stay off. Don't forget to treat yourself to a desert or two once in awhile or it will be difficult to continue a diet. Check out the website and good luck!

How tall are you? If you are like under 4'10 then I'd say you should lose maybe 10 lbs but not more. But if you at least 4'10 then you do not need to lose weight at all, that's a normal weight, and it's rather thin. I've got news for you: when I was between the ages of 14 and 17, I was about 5'1 and weighed 106. Now at 23 I am 5'2 and 95. I am too thin and would do anything to get those curves I had in highschool back, it's really weird how I lost it when I didn't even try to. I look back at my pictures and I look so much more vibrant at that weight and my face looked fuller and younger and healthier. Don't try to lose weight, you are a good size and still thin. Who knows you might be like me and lose weight, maybe all the baby fat will come off. But don't try to lose weight at your weight.

You don't need to lose weight. Find a new preoccupation and stop letting society tell you how you should look.

Sorry...I'm just tired of these questions posted by very thin people concerning about weight. BE HAPPY with who you are. You're obviously not overweight. If you really think you are, you may need to discuss the hypothesis of a body dysmophic disorder with someone.
