I know that this question has nothing to do with jokes, but i needed some place popular. Please help me!!!

I'm about 5 feet and around 90 lbs. I've put on some pounds recently that i want to lose. The only problem is that I am a diabetic and my numbers have been very good for the past couple of days. I don't know what to do! Please HELP me so I can feel good about me and how much I weigh. Also if u can tell me where i should be that would be great!

You're in luck pal, because I'm a diabetic, too, I have been for ten years... but I'm about 6'4" and 220lbs. I simply lose weight by going to the gym and exercising on the various weight machines. I don't know what else to tell you to do.

It sounds like you are fine. Being 5 feet and 90 lbs is good.
(Trust me. I am 5'2" and 120 lbs! People say I am normal)

I suggest that you eat a well balanced diet (fruits, veggies, protein, and whole grains) and exercise regularly. You can run, dance, or simply go for a walk for an hour each day.

:-)

For someone your height, you are actually already underweight. I've calculated your BMI to be 17.6.... your target BMI should be between 18.5 and 24.9. Considering the fact that you are diabetic, i would highly recommend visiting your doctor or a dietician if you're uncomfortable with your body, they may have other suggestions for you. Good luck.
