Usually, you would breathe through your nose, but if you can get into it and have enough experience, a really cool thing to do is breathing through your date.
This usually happens when you're making out and, as things get "hot and heavy", your date begins to breathe heavier than usual. When he/she starts doing this, you simply stop breathing altogether and allow your body to naturally feed off of your date's oxygen-supply.
It may not make much sense now, but you'll understand what I'm talking about when you start to do it...
Trust me, if you can manage to do it right, it can be a REALLY big turn on!
But to answer your question, you'd generally breathe through your nose...
