AIM Problem "You're Signing On Again Too Soon. Try Again Later"

I have rebooted, and it didn't do anything. I've waited 15 minutes - still no dice. What now? No, downloading a new version AIM did nothing.

Try a different screename. If that doesn't work, try disconnecting your internet then reconnecting it. If that doesn't work, use a proxy to spoof your IP. If that doesn't work, God does not want you to sign on to AIM today, sorry.
