I've known this girl for over a year, and we started dating 3 weeks ago. Over that 1+ year, we have gotten to know each other and have become really close. I really respect her for who she is and I have trouble finding any faults in her. She seems like the perfect complement for me, and I feel like I would try to do anything for her. Is that love?

Love can come in all shapes and sizes. Because you are not sure and feel the need to ask this question I would say that this is not a very passionate kind of love, but that doesn't mean that it can't be love. In fact, the kind of love that is slow and starts with firendship is usually more likely to last.
But then there is ofcourse the question whether you love her as a friend or romantically. Are you attracted to her? If yes, it's romantical, if no, you'd probably be better of as friends

well It's not exactly love yet. .
But in can grow to be as you guys have developed a very strong relationship as friends you would probably succed as parters 2. you like her enough to be her boy friend so I say u give it ashot remember you have nothing to loose!

yes, i believe that's love. But know the difference between love and infatuation and make sure what you have between her is not some 'temporary' love.
