If it has changed, could you please tell me from what - to what? My friends encompass much of the religious spectrum, and most still believe as they were raised. I'm curious... still making my own way...

I was raised mostly baptist. Then my mother converted to this 'different' metaphysical religion when I was a teenager, so I got some instruction in that 'religion' for awhile. I attended 7th day Adventists and Methodist schools when I was in 7-9th grades and had to take religion courses through them every day. My dad and step-mom are Catholic so every summer when I went to live with them, I got to go to church and learn catechisms and stuff. I went on a search for my own religion in my early 20's and found the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the mormons) I have been a very happy, active, involved Mormon for 20+ years now (and no we DO NOT believe in polygamy, and yes, we ARE christian). My mother has since converted to the church as well, as has my oldest sister. We have all married Mormon men and are very happy with our lives. Check us out at www.lds.org

Born and raised as an Anglican until I turned away from the notion of a "one god" theory at 14 and many years later, I now encompass the belief and spiritual content of being Wiccan.

raised catholic, now atheist/agnostic
It took ALOT of courage to change my belief system because I always had questions and the older I became, the less i believed and the more courage i had to question my beliefs because as a kid, i believe because i was raised that way. As an adult, i don't have the luxury of blaming my belief on my parents. I am accountable for what i believe in and if it doesn't make sense and it doesn't work for me, off with it...NEXT

I'm still practicing the same religion in which I was reared. I used to hate going to church when I was younger and I vowed to myself that I would leave as soon as I was old enough. Well, I went thought a lot of things and now I really like what I am. I couldn't imagine practicing my faith anywhere else.

I was raised Christian and I even got baptized when I was like 16 years old. I'm now Muslim and have been for some time now. I studied a lot about religion in college before I found out what I trully accepted.

I was never religious but ' around ' what would be called a church environment. I'm exceeding grateful I am not now. Apostasy is a very obvious thing. I do take the book deadly seriously, though. Something I never did before.

My parents were both raised Catholic, but when raising my siblings and me we almost never went to church. So I guess I grew up a non-practicing Catholic (I believed whatever my parents said about religion). But now I consider myself an agnostic theist.

No, I am no longer affiliated with any "organized" religion. I've seen so much hypocrisy and judgment that it made me sick. I have decided to worship in my own way. I don't need a church to tell me what to think, believe and feel. (I was raised in the Methodist Church)

No... i wasn't raised any particular religion.. my parents were still very much on their own spiritual journey.
It was confusing for me as a child to go from one church to another and learn about Buddhism etc...
BUT i will say this... i am grateful now that they let me make up my own mind.
I became catholic when i was 15.. turned from my faith and was saved a little over a year ago.
I am now baptist.

My parents did not really raise me under any religious belief. But I believe much different than my mom, and increasingly different than my dad but less so.
