It really depends on how much the concierge does for you. If they are just suggesting restaurants, tours, or other small things, then an appropriately small tip should suffice. If they are arranging theater tickets or getting you a reservation at a hard to get into restaurant, then something more is in order. In any event, I'd wait until my last day at the condo/hotel, thank the concierge for his/her helpfulness, and tip them once for all they had done.

My general rule for tipping is to tip 1/5th of the weight of the bags, which for me rounds off to 7$ most of the time
