I think for that tattoo, it would look good on the ankle. Unless you are wanting it to be big, then I would do the shoulder blade.
Now, the shoulder blade will hurt, i have a tattoo there that took an hour (and believe me it hurt), so if you don't want a lot of pain, go for the ankle. It is a less painful area....but you will still be able to "feel" it.

Try putting it above your ankle or in the upper right or left hand corner of your back.I think those are the best places for girls to put tattoos.I've never got a tatto but i watch miami ink all the time and people get tattoos on their backs or ankles all the time and their still alive.LOL.I've had a lot of people tell me it feels like an antbite. But when your actually doing something, you get the pain from a different perspective. In other words,it may not even feel like an antbite since your actually getting a tattoo.Well, best luck to you my dear.

I suggest getting it on either your shoulder blade, the middle of your upper back, or your ankle. If your unsure of where you want it you can have the tattoo artist copy it onto your skin with a pen first and test it out in different spots. It will hurt a little bit unless you have a high tolerence for pain, just try to concentrate on other things while it's going on.

Getting a tattoo will be uncomfortable, there is no denying that. According to your pain tolerance it may be better for you or worse for you than it is for other people. A nice place for a cross with a lilly would be on either one of your calves or on either shoulder blade.

The pain level depends on the person. I got my first tattoo a year ago and I didn't feel a thing. It's located on my lower leg. The more meat, the less pain.
Good Luck,

DO YOU WANT IT WHERE IT CAN BE SEEN ALL THE TIME OR WHERE YOU CAN HIDE IT AT TIMES?? THE SMALL OF YOUR BACK WOULD BE A GOOD PLACE OR ON ONE OF THE BACKS OF YOUR SHOULDER. OR ALSO ON YOUR ARM OR IF YOUR PETITE AND IT'S NOT GOING TO BE VERY BIG YOU COULD GET IT RIGHT ABOVE YOUR ANKLE. I'M NOT GOING TO LIE IT DOES HURT, BUT GOING THROUGH CHILDBIRTH TWICE I CAN TELL YOU NOT AS MUCH AS OTHER THINGS IN LIFE. AND SOMETIMES IF YOU REALLY WANT IT, IT DOESN'T REALLY HURT AS BAD. I KNOW IT SOUNDS CRAZY BUT IT'S TRUE. I HAVE 7 I SHOULD KNOW!!

This is your final decision and choice?. Have it in a place where you can cover it effortless. Reason: You might regret it in the future. Some companies will not hire you if they see that you have a tattoo.

I think it would look cool on the bottom of your back, or your shoulder. It would look awesome if the lilly was in the background and the cross was on top of it.

I would say on the top center of your back and yea if you get it there it will hurt a little bit but anywhere you get it will hurt. If not the top center of your back get it at the bottom center of your back. They'll both look nice, the bottom of your back won't hurt as much as the top

take your time thinkin about where you gonna put it, sounds alittle bit on the big side , I think if your worried about the pain,(yes it hurts) get a little one first so your not committed to a big piece, because when they start theres no stopping till its done! maybe ask the artist to custom design something small scale
