I’m trying to track down the perfect stapler. My boss had a terrific hand-held, chrome/steel stapler. It used special staples that were regular-sized, but were bent at two points on the bridge/crown. The angled staples made for better fastening of thicker docs (20-40 pages). Would love to own it now, but can’t find anything like it in office stores. Anyone know what this kind of stapler is called and how to get it?

Have you tried contacting the boss, and asking where they got it from, or at least the brand name of it, so that you could search for it at an office supply store?

Best of luck to you!!

There is no such thing as the "perfect" anything. There are only "extremely good" ones. Sooner or later, they are have problems or some kind.
