To my knowledge, when you are 18 you are grown! Now if the state you live in has some other law than that law would apply.
But no, your parents can not have your boyfriend arrested if you are considered a legal adult in your state! Just make sure you think this moving in decision threw! And please make sure you are independent! Women get caught up being dependent on their boyfriends or husbands and end up with no where to go when they break up so think things threw! Good luck!

There is nothing that they can do about it. there are no legal grounds for the police to make an arrest. Even though you met when you were younger there is no evidence about anything taking place so the cops would not even waste their time with it. And since you are 18 you are legally viewed as an adult so you can make your own choices.

Unless he is harming you then NO . Your an adult now and there is nothing anyone can do about you dating someone older than you . But you also have to remember they are your parents and only want the best for you but sometimes you have to find things out on your own . GOOD LUCK

i really don't think so, when your 18 you are responsible for yourself, you are then a so called adult, you can have sex with whomever you choose, or move where-ever you want, unless your not telling the whole story, i see no reason how they could possibly have him arrested,if your really worried call the police station, or call a free advise lawyer in phone book, but you must tell them whole story

no. you are an adult. you can do whatever you want. but be careful because you don't want to pi$$ of your parents too bad, what if the relationship goes bad and you have no where to go? yeah.. you don't want that to happen. don't move in with him just to get your parents bad if thats what your doing...does your parents not like him or something? moving out is a big responsibility.

At age 18 you are free to make your own choices...but remember if your parents feel this strongly about this.....are you willing to let them down like this? They love you and want what's best for you. It's hard to see their point when you are so wrapped up in this dude but think about this....if he doesn't work out....where are you gonna go? Will your parents allow you back after you direspected them in such a way? Just think about it...there's more to this than just laws....

no, you're 18 and legally and adult. I don't think it's a very good idea though. think about what you're doing and how it's gonna effect the rest of your life...
