its weird I mean if I see someone where my favorite band shirt I get so paranoid. It drives me crazy because I feel they can't have it and thats my band. Im not selfish but its weird and I don't know what to do.

Not everything is a mental illness. This is called "learning to share" and you need a little more time for the lesson to take. Look at these people as potential friends, you at least have one thing in common. Start a conversation. Point to the shirt and say: "Dude, Metallica, all right!"

That is kinda weird.
