You may just be having a mid life crisis. Instead of thinking those bad thoughts. Try writing in a journal how you feel and come back and read what you wrote. It helped me when I was like that in high school. When I read it now it really scares me. Stay active. Meet with friends. Anything to keep busy so you're not suicidal. Ok?

It's neither normal nor abnormal. What it is is a sign that you're quite terribly unhappy.
It can be a very serious sign of depression that is undertreated or not treated. Just to be sure, you should speak to a counsellor or clergyperson about these thoughts.

It is normal, but not healthy. Try and find out where the pain is coming from. I was once felt like that, Until I asked God into my life. He changed me for the good. I no longer have them thoughts and I'm much happier. He will change the way you think and feel. He gives you complete freedom from the darkness. I'll pray for you. God bless. LET GO AND LET GOD!
