I would have to go with a girl's face. A smile defines everything. Especially when it really spreads to the eyes. Shape doesn't matter - it will only change with time, but a smile is forever.

I know a guy who always looks at a women's teeth, especially because it is hard to fake good dental hygiene (unlike breasts).
I know another guy who is very into a woman's hour-glass figure. Even if she is overweight, that is ok... as long as her waist is smaller than her hips.
