I am sixteen years old. I am currently taking a pretty small amount of prozac. At first, it started to help me out, and now things are getting bad again, I would even say they are getting worse. If it tell the pyschologist this is he probably going to take me off the medication or up the dosage? Any advice welcome also.

I live in FL, and he said something to the effect of "prozac is the only one i can give you because you are under 18"

I'll say - maybe try a different med? I'm on my 3rd, and have finally found the one (Wellbutrin) that works.
Sometimes, it's a trial and error kind of thing.
But, I'm a firm believer in better living through chemistry, so don't give up.

It is often typical for an antidepressant to stop working after some time. Your Dr. will probably raise your dose first, if he feels you can safely be on a higher dose. If not, he will discuss a change.
I was diagnosed with depression over 23 yrs. ago and I have been on many good meds. Prozac was good at one time also. There are many others, I promise you.

I took Prozac when I was 17 and at first it started to work then I also started gettign worse, so he tried upping the dose..... so you may ask him about upping it, or maybe you can ask about different depression pills....
