i have liked him sence first grade and now we are going out.

If you're not sure that you like him, then don't go out anymore. I know it sounds bad, but that's the best way I can put it. I mean, if you're not sure you like him, then why bother being his girlfriend?

Depends on how long you guys are going to be going out for. SOme people go out for 3 months or more then suddenly things fall apart, if you want to avoid falling apart , take a break from him for awhile,communicate less. I learned my lesson.Too much hanging out can make a guy become bored of you quickly , happened 2 times to me with 2 diff guys. If he really likes you , he'll talk to you alot, hang out more and do more things with you. Or better yet , you suggest fun things to do , if you do that , he would be more interested , look for things he likes.

if he didnt like you he wouldnt be going out with you. you do need to talk to him abit more and get to know him better. read tips on dating and more to help you better on this site

I would just ask him what his feelings are for you. but whatever the case maybe don't rush your relationship with him it'll ruin it for the both of you.
