Long story short, I was doing something unsavory and I accidently cut my arm. I don't want anyone to know what I was doing, so one would figure I could just not tell anyone. But the cut left a big purple scar on my arm. And it looks like I kinda went stereoptypical emo. I don't want people to think I cut myself, because then I'll either have to tell them what I was doing when I actually cut myself, or play along with the stereotype. So you can see my dilema. I just want the scar gone. Thanks.

Plastic surgery. Then...after the stitches are out, you peel off the scab each day and put Neosporin in the wound and cover it with a bandage. Each day, you clean out the scab and do it over again. Skin needs to "swim" through a liquid medium (such as Neosporin) as it knits across the wounded flesh. Scars come from scabs healing your skin in an imperfect line. I had plastic surgery to repair something and this was the advice of the surgeon and it worked very well.

There is a product out called maderma, or something like that. It helps reduce the visibility of scars. You can also apply vitamin E to the scar. If you have vitamin E capsules just break them open and apply it to your scar. Nothing is going to completely get rid of it but time. It's kinda like stretch marks, they never go away!

Try Mederma or an antioxidant cream like vitamin E to treat your scar by repairing the tissue that you have accidentally cut.

there is no quick fix for scars. but mederma does work, it may take several months to show results, but it does work. you should also placed vitamin e directly on the scar. u can either purchase a bottle of vitamin e oil or a bottle of vitamin e pills and pierce them to get the oil out. try to keep the affected area out of direct sunlight too. good luck!

You can prevent scars, by cleaning and covering your cuts properly, and give them fresh air once in a while. You can not get rid of scars, but you can make them less visible.

if you can afford it look into laser cosmetic surgery. it is expensive but it is the best way to get rid of scars. Look in the local yellow pages for a qualified plastic surgeon.

don't try to scrape off the scab cuz it's gonna make a more permanant scar, try not to get hurt too much, and maybe cover it up with make-up. most of the time, your scars go away soon so i wouldn't worry about them too much.
