i have a little bit of pain in the center of the top of my chest. it has been kinda up near my collar bone in the middle of my chest.. i have ahd some high blood pressure today as well.. I ahve also been weak.. is this something to worry about? please answere asap

I'm having the same thing for a couple of weeks now, I'm interested in the answers. Feels inflamed or something along with sharp pains. I know it's not my heart, but what is it?

i have had a heart attack before and am felling the same pressure in my upper chest .relax! it was a chest cold i got some meds at Walgreen's and feel better when i had the big one .i had bad pains going down my left arm .i couldn't breath i was sweating ..come to find out ingestion can do the same thing.
