Headaches can be from multiple things -
Stress
Anxiety
Arguements
Lack of Sleep
Medications
Sinuses
Are you have any allergies or anything like that?
Also you may want to see a doctor... You could have an AVM on your brain. That needs to be taken care of asap.
Also if you're taking meds, make sure you take Tylenol over Advil... it's going to work faster and be easier on your system if you are taking it daily.

It could be migraines, dehydration, stress, strained eyes, etc.
There are far too many possibilities to single out one cause over another without seeking the help of a doctor.
Here are two links to the well trusted Mayo Clinic discussing migraines. The first link is for basic migraines and the second link is about migraines with aura.

Stress can be a big factor in headaches.
Birth control could also cause headaches, because your body could be getting too much estrogen.
Bad eyesight that needs correcting could also cause headaches.

Your headaches can be triggered by many things, pollen, dust, chemicals, smells from plants and trees, it could be anything or even everything. You just need to pay attention to smells and how soon you develop a headache afterward, I've narrowed mine down to certain perfumes, the chemicals in new clothing (fabric preservatives), certain trees like eucalyptus just to name a few, could even be from pets.
I feel for ya.
detergents, fabric softeners, lotions...any beauty product, most mascaras will do it to me.

Get your eyes checked. I had the same problem and turned out I needed glasses. I didnt even know I had eye sight problem until I got them, I realized I had bad eyes.
Also dehydration, and stress causes headaches. So try to relax and get plenty of water.

wow, all good answers. I was going to say caffeine, but it COULD be many factors. How long has it been since you've been to the good ole doctor? Had a physical lately? Might be time. I'm speaking lightly, but this could be serious. I would stop talking about it and get on the phone.

What is your caffeine intake like? Do you drink it a lot? Sometimes caffeine - or lack thereof at times - can cause bad headaches.
