so, if i open paint is just is blank and says not responding. When i click exit it says "this program is not responding. click end now to end now. if u do u may lose any unsaved data" and so on. it does this every time and it has been happening for like 2 months. any suggestions on how to fix it? thanks.

it has been happening for 1 month it isnt going to help to shut down my computer or anything

It sounds to me like your M$-Paint program has been corrupted (Malware?). If you use XP you could try to use the "Repair" tool on the XP CD. In Windows, insert the XP Cd and the repair screen should appear. Just follow the prompts.
Or, you could try an improved Paint program called "Paint.net" that's free and is very similar.

Maybe u closed the program while loading important files or curropted a file, since I dont think im allowed to post a download for you to redownload it I would look on google

Well sometimes paint does that to me and i just restart my computer and then when i turn it back on it works again but try that and i hope that helps bye
