alrighty, imagine if i was a child being abused with my dad holding a leather belt, He is literally whipping me until i have to say something, not knowing when he will stop. What should i do in this situation when theres no help and my mom is just sitting and laughing at what daddy is doin.
No Knowledge of having to operate the phone.

Well, you know how to use a computer. Look up your local police department and email a police officer to tell them what's going on.

I'm feelin real sad for all the young children being abuse, because I realized that if your to young to use the phone and your mommy doesn't care, who really can you tell?
Your just trapped with no one to trust.
I don't know what to say as far as advice for the child.
It seems like a family like this might keep a tight leash on contact with the outside world.
Its sad!!

This child may not be able to stop the beating, but afterward, they MUST tell someone. It sounds like there would be marks for sure. Tell a neighbor, teacher, principal, police officer, store owner...tell until someone believes you and helps you. There are child protection agencies to help. An adult can contact one if you can't.

You must report this!!! Call the police and make a complaint. They will do an investigation. You can remain completely anonymous.

i find it hard to believe that you can use yahoo answers but not the telephone....so i dont believe you about that abuse
