Hahahhaa funny. No, it isn't. But I was really dizzy today so I need to sit down right now.

i'm at a healthy weight but i want to lose some. but sitting on yahoo or on the computer is my break. i have already done babysitting with 10-12 kids(all mostly boys so their very hyper) and i've gone grocery shopping so i deserve a break. the question is why are u sitting on yahoo when you can go excercise or something?

If your at work, Yes!
Your body is burning calories all day long even if your sitting, as long as you have your daily exercise and diet then your fine!
Suggested 2-3 hours/per night at the gym =)

5 lbs over. I do 45 minutes a day on a crosstrainer at the Y. What's your excuse?

I weigh 78 pounds. Apparently, my doctors say that I'm really underweight and need to gain weight. So yes, this is going to help me.
