If its a bruise like you say...then i would suggest putting ice on it llike every hr or so.If its an open bruise you shouldd apply witch hazel, then leave it alon, and let it heal itself.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

The secret is never to touch the spots

Those are pimple scar caused by popping. It is permanent but it can be removed slowly by the use of chemical peel. It might take you a few months to be removed completely using chemical peel, but if you want it removed in a few weeks time, try using the laser treatment, it is a little expensive, but it works very fast and effective.

Don't play with it. I recommend aloe vera gel at bedtime and tinted acnomel (find it online or in drugstores) to blend the blemish.

You have to attack acne where it starts, with your diet. For me, diet was the cause and solution. Topical medications fight the symptoms. Start by eliminating trans fats and eating more fruits and vegetables. Once you start cleaning up the inside of your body, by eating properly, the outside of your body (your skin) will be get cleaned up too. I started a website to document my problem and solution.

You might find it helpful to read my story. Just remember to eat an all natural/organic diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. Stay away from processed foods. Use mild, all natural cleansers and don't pick at your face. Get lots of sleep and enough water for your body weight. Remember, clean body = clean skin. While you're waiting for your skin to clear, remind yourself that acne is a challenge that you will overcome soon. Once you're rid of it, tell all your friends how you did it. That's what I'm doing. God Bless.

Pimples leave spots even if you don't pop them. You should try using a blemish remover like Ambi. You can find it at Target.

i dont think thats a bruise, it might be a scab thats under your skin (if its brownish its a scab) but it will go away soon, but meanwhile you can put a little cover up on over that area, theres nothing wrong with that and no one will notice, ive done it b4

You probably damaged some tissue under the skin. Try using toothpaste on it. This is somehow supposed to bring blood to the skin, or something.

Unfortunately only time will resolve it. Sorry. Just don't squeeze it any more!
