I am on weight watchers my first week i weighted myself i lost wieght 5lbs yesterday morning today i gained 4 lbs.

It depends. If you eat nothing for lunch or breakfast and get weighed, then you're probably going to drop about three pounds. Next day, eat normally, you'll probably seem to "gain" three or four pounds.

it all depends. let me ask you this did you weigh in at a meeting? or at home? if you weighed in at a meeting, then went home and weighed yourself it could be the difference in scales/

also, what time of day did you weigh yourself. in the morning? we are often heavier due to water weight, we are bloated and puffed in the mornings,

did you eat a big meal then weigh yourself? there are many reasons you could have had a 4lbs weight gain.

I am on weight watchers too, so remember not to live by the scale?! there is a reason for only getting weighed in once a week!

its just the water retention. Its 5 pounds give or take. It really depends on when you are weighing yourself/

water retention. weigh yourself in the mornings before you eat or drink anything. drink more water. it'll drop again.
