there is no way to save dead ends. first of all, i would consider sueing your hair dresser (if she is not licensed, then of cousre you have will no case because u assumed the risk). the best way is to cut your hair before any more damage is done to it, by styling, blow-drying, etc. get a cute hair cut that will fit the frame of your face and your specific style. spring and summer are coming and it will be appropriate for the season. if u are still fighting the idea of cutting your hair, then you could always invest in stylish and good-quality wigs.

if you dont cut your hair, then it may become susceptible to more damage and may even fall out.

Get them cut when they're grown out enough and wont be cut too short for you.
Use good conditioners.
Use leave-in conditioners.
Try somekind of soy pro-pack or something.
Get Split End Mender by Bed Head I believe.
Dont color it for awhile.
Stay away from thermal use... if you do curl or straighten your hair use a thermal protection spray. CHI has a Thermal Polishing spray.

You'll have to cut the dead ends off, nothing else will really help, but you can wait till it grows out a little.

Trim or cut the dead ends off, and rub some lotion on it. It will help, then it will replace the vitamins you loss. It helps on my hair.
