saran wrap on the toilet seat =] works AMAZING if done right lol
umm lets seee, marbles in pillow, dye in the shower, so water comes out wat color u want it to - do red, it looks like blood lol

here is a good prank and works everytime all you have to do is put shoving or whip cream on the ear peice of the phone and yell your brothers name "PHONE" and you will have a laugh! Hope that works!

When he is sleeping, get a bowl of warm water and dip his hand in it for the entire night.....he'll wet the bed!! Or when he is still sleeping, put shaving cream or whipped cream on his hand.....and when he wakes up....he will wipe his face and the whipped cream will be all over him!!:):):):) Good Luck!

put hot pink dye in his shampoo battle or if he is bald spray paint his head bright pink! lol when i did it to my brother it was in his hair for a month the funny thing is when he tried ti get it out with shampoo it got worse (i bought him a new one so he wouldn't suspect a thing)

for April fools several years back, i got fake blood and stood at the bottom of the stairs while my sister was at the top. when i signaled to her, i laid on the floor and had her drop my backpack so there was this big thump. i poured the blood all over my forehead, and my mom came running, and believed it!!!

Steal his homework for a couple of weeks. Its kinda cruel, if he's in high school it can effect what college he gets into, but teachers get mad, parents get mad, it could be funny.

put something colored preferably red in his whites! if he has a car you can put confetti in his air conditioning vents and when he turns his ac on it would look like he's having a party in his car! it works hehe
